WorkPing works inside Bitrix24 cloud and delivers selected notifications through an EMCsoft-managed WhatsApp number. Install as a portal administrator.

Install from Bitrix24 Market

The WorkPing listing is being prepared for Bitrix24 Market. During review, use the private installation link provided by EMCsoft. For early access, contact support. Public availability will follow Bitrix24 approval.

1. Open the WorkPing listing in your Bitrix24 Market and choose Install. Check the requested access: users’ basic identification, chat and notification access, and tasks.
2. Enter your first name, last name, work email and phone. Read the Privacy Policy and accept the EULA. These contacts are saved in EMCsoft’s CRM for installation support, not marketing.
3. Choose Install WorkPing and wait for Bitrix24 to finish installation. Then open WorkPing from the application menu.

Connect an employee

1. Choose Add user and click Employee to open the native Bitrix24 picker.
2. Choose the employee, confirm their time zone and create the invitation. Open their notification settings, choose notification types and quiet hours, then click Save. Types start off; enable only what the employee should receive.
3. Choose Show invitation and share the personal link or QR code privately with that employee. Do not publish invitation codes.
4. The employee opens WhatsApp and sends the prefilled consent message. They then open WorkPing in Bitrix24 while signed in as the same employee.
5. Check that the connection shows Connected. Only then can selected notifications be delivered.

Common questions

The connection is waiting

Both confirmations are required: the employee’s consent from their own WhatsApp and their personal Bitrix24 authorization. Invitations expire after 24 hours; ask the administrator to create a new invitation if needed.

No notifications arrived

Check the connection status, enabled notification types, quiet hours and any STOP pause. New automatic delivery starts with items created after a type was enabled. Outside WhatsApp’s messaging window, WorkPing may first send an invitation to reply. Pending reminders are limited to one per portal until a response and no more frequently than once per 24 hours.

Access required

The assigned employee should reopen WorkPing in their own Bitrix24 account. An administrator cannot authorize another employee’s private notifications on their behalf.

Change the WhatsApp number or stop delivery

Remove the employee connection and create a new invitation to change a number. Send UNSUBSCRIBE for a permanent messaging opt-out across connected portals, or STOP followed by 1–168 to pause automatic delivery for that many hours.

Replace a local installation

Remove the local WorkPing app before installing the Market version. The application does not automatically migrate connections or authorizations; create new employee invitations after installation.
